Suggest ability to turn off Painter grid, or integrate with Vehicle Grid mod.

Here's a couple of glitches:
1) with Vehicle grids installed and ATP grid disabled, there is no way to put a Manual Color Module into the train
2) Manual Color Module should belong to the Weapon item group, as all modules do, not Logistics group

1) ATP uses its own class of equipment grid ['locomotive'] so that the module can only be placed into Locomotives, whereas Vehicle Grids uses ['armor'] class for all of them. If I change the class to armor, the modules could be placed in any vehicle. This is not ideal, but it could be an easy solution. I'll try some things and see what works best.
2) Having the module in the menu next to the locomotive is very much intentional.
