Thanks, but it wasn't my idea! This is an upgraded port of an old mod.
The old mod worked with Bob's and Angel's ores, so that functionality has been ported as well. I don't personally use Bob's, Angel's, 5dimm etc., so I'd need some outside help collecting other items' RGB colors from them to expand functionality. Actually adding the colors to this mod is trivial, though potentially time-consuming.
