If you place a ghost image of a Quality 5 item down (Miner/Assembler) then enable the ghost builder the ghost will be built with a Quality 1 item instead but the placed item will be Quality 5. You can reproduce this allowing for duplication of higher quality buildings.
Steps to reproduce:
Use the hotkey to disable Auto Ghost Builder
Place a blueprint down of a high quality building
Use the hotkey to enable Auto Ghost Builder
Mouse over the higher quality building to place it - this will use base quality buildings but the placed entity is of the blueprint quality.
Additionally, it seems like Auto Ghost Builder cant even place higher quality buildings. For example, if you only have rare assemblers mousing over a ghost of a rare assembler will not work.
