I using 'Factorio Extended' Mining Drills MK3 and sometimes this mod marks drills in the middle of the ore patch with full ore capacity (where the drill is no more working, because the belt is full).
After the loading process it seems to happen most often, but sometimes also during the game.
Yeah I just spotted now that auto deconstruct is removing passive provider chests from drills that still have resources but isn't removing the drill itself. This is with vanilla drills and chests.
