This mod marks drills that have no more resources to mine for deconstruction.
AAI Vehicles mod has a vehicle depot which can be used for lots of things. If you directly mine ores to this depot Auto Deconstruct tries to deconstruct it when the ore finished.
You can disable the deconstruction of containers in the mod settings
