Currently on 0.16.46, and I notice this mod is still taking effect after being disabled (or uninstalled). I've started new games, and I've even gone as far as deleting/reinstalling the game and clearing the cache; no effect - mining drills and chests are still being marked for deconstruction. Impressive mod resilience, but I'd like to disable it permanently. Anyone else seen this behaviour and/or figured out a fix?
