This mod marks drills that have no more resources to mine for deconstruction.

Thank you for your suggestion, however it should be permanent, as deconstruction orders have been renewed on timeout since 0.1.4
If it doesn't, and you can reproduce it, please send a save to me as a pm on the forums.
It could be the overlapping miner issue reported as mine are all overlapping. My save file has too many mods for any real use, but I will take some snapshots of a field and which miners got flagged and which did not.
In my recent play, I have yet to see any mines not set to auto-deconstruct. Great mod! Thanks! ~B
Update: The instance I did find WAS of a miner attached to a circuit network so all is working as advertised. Thanks again!
