Assembler UPSGrade

by Kingdud

Provides Application Specific factories to reduce the entity count on megabase maps. Compression ratio is configurable. IE: you can decide to have each building be equivilant to 25 assemblers, or 1000. The recipes/costs/results/etc will all scale accordingly.

it is possible to make the selectable max size smaller? min value for max size = 17
and a configurable cost factor for research. because with a research factor of 25 it is impossible to research the ASIFs.
I want the ASIFs not for a mega base only to save UPS. to replace a large amount auf machines doing the same.
Thank you

You can put 1000:1 inside a building that's...I forget how small, but 25x25. That is HILARIOUSLY dense. Just increase the compression ratio, or, if you don't mind the 'cheaty' nature of it, set the compression ratio to the lowest value (25:1 for most things iirc) and then build them, save your game, exit your game (so go to main menu) change the settings up to 1000:1, and bam, you now have a building with 1000:1 outputs, but the same size as it always would have had. Basically, it saves you needing to build 1000x assembler 3s. Not sure if that gets you what you want, but, as far as land area goes, these are already hilariously dense, I'm not making them even more dense.

25x25 would be also ok,
at present the minimum is 31 and so I do not get them in my grid of 32 with margin of 2, so I have 28x28, with a sieze of 25 I would have at least 3 tiles for connectors. and I use not 1000 :1.
Another thought: the building would not have to be so big, the production could also be underground and what you see is only the entrance ;-)
