I have experienced roughly the same crash, but for me it was while anchoring my spaceship (mod: Space Exploration). I also have Jetpack mod installed and a jetpack equipped but it was not in use when the crash occurred. I do not have any asphalt tiles in inventory, my ship, or the surface which I was anchoring to.
