Adds a new type of enemy to the game called "Snappers" with custom sprites and animations. They're heavily armoured but slower than regular biters. This mod is compatible with most other mods.
Hi, just writing to say i like your mod a lot, especially the good balance. Had a couple of 50hr combat games and armored biters always make things more interesting.

Building a factory while trying to hold off waves of enemies is my favourite way to play the game, I'm glad you think this mod makes that aspect more interesting :D
I want to add to this and say this is one of my favorite mods of all time! even if I'm going for a vanilla run I always enable this! Thanks for keeping this updated over the years!
Thanks! I usually play relatively vanilla so the mod is made with that in mind, all the biter scaling settings of course allow for more extreme versions
