Unfortunately I am also getting an error on startup albeit a different one:

I already fixed the migration one I think, i forgoted to change name of technology, about the other one it seems that for some reason it don't detect the vanilla locomotive, from where the armored one takes some stats

just chucked the 1.0.4 into my server and boots just fine now. no errors
