I can't reproduce this. Some other mod is probably interfering.

What other mods are affecting the oil refinery?

You can also just post your whole list of mods, but if you're using a lot of mods I won't be able to help unless we can narrow it down.

I tried deactivating one mod each until the error did not happen anymore.

For me it was "Artisanal Reskins: Library" now. Without it works, with it enabled the same error happens.
