Nevermind, found it. Looks like all versions have a .005 per tick, which is weird because you would think that MK2 and MK3 would reduce more pollution.
Also, this building reduces 10X as much as a tree, but takes the space of 9 trees. So when active it's better than trees, but only if you keep it active 100% of the time.
Am I doing the math right?
