    - 0.17 release.
    - New fuel options: fuel values added to all three basic oil products and new boiler and power plant entities added to take advantage of them. Liquid fuels have a higher total energy value before being turned into solid fuel, but are less flexible for transport and can't be used in vehicles.

    - Electric boiler remade as a furnace entity; now produces 165°C steam at 70% efficiency again.
    - Coal power plant renamed to power plant.    
    - Power plant (and oil-fired power plant) will stop consuming fuel once they reach maximum temperature.
