Mods introducing new content into the game.
Version: 1.4.0 Date: 17. 11. 2021 Features: - 2.0 release. - Added compatibility for Space Age. - When Space Age is active, power plants are reskins of the heating tower, with properties (effectivity, energy consumption, recipe structure) to match, and the standard heating tower's recipe is disabled. Power plants are unlocked by the heating tower research on Gleba. Changes: - Electric boiler now consumes 3MW of power to produce steam at a rate of 100/s. - Fluid-fired boilers are now unlocked by oil processing. - Power plants in base game have been resized to match Space Age heating towers. Graphics: - Electric boiler technology icon renders correctly. - Fire glows for fluid-fired boilers and power plants have been given a blue tint. Bugfixes: - Removed redundant technology definition.
Version: 1.3.0 Date: 26. 06. 2021 Features: - 1.1 release.
Version: 1.2.0 Date: 14. 06. 2020 Features: - 0.18 release. - Electric boilers have been turned back into furnaces. - Oil-fired boilers and power plants now consume different liquid fuels at the same rates, but have different power outputs based on the fuel type.
Version: 1.1.0 Date: 14. 03. 2019 Features: - 0.17 release. - New fuel options: fuel values added to all three basic oil products and new boiler and power plant entities added to take advantage of them. Liquid fuels have a higher total energy value before being turned into solid fuel, but are less flexible for transport and can't be used in vehicles. Changes: - Electric boiler remade as a furnace entity; now produces 165°C steam at 70% efficiency again. - Coal power plant renamed to power plant. - Power plant (and oil-fired power plant) will stop consuming fuel once they reach maximum temperature. - Neighbour bonus removed from power plant.
Version: 1.0.2 Date: 03. 01. 2018 Features: - Updated to 0.16 Changes: - Added a custom neighbour bonus (5%) for coal power plants. - Electric boilers no longer support effectivity, so now they heat water to 210C instead, roughly 70% efficient in steam engines.
