Port of AllMinable from 1.0.0
Items/fluids all individually on/off. Tried to adjust creation parameters to make placement more predictable.
Water is 10x boosted for power reasons. (makes 10x on mining, although it has the same numbers on map)
Some settings in Startup
Will probably make more changes:
1) OnlyMinable? - setting to significantly reduce/remove base ores and water, so intermediates must be mined and water is from wells.
2) improve frequency / placement (smaller more scattered. maybe tiered distribution)
3) Some mod support for intermediates?
4) fluids with mining fluids required? (early burner/slow drill for water)
