I took a look at Lex's Aircraft and its planes are VTOL planes. As a result I believe there is no need for runway requirements. I could perhaps adjust the handling of the planes.
yes, they are and he specifically prefers or doesn't see the need for his aircraft to land. I absolutely love that mod but I think it would be great and if it worked more like yours.
