Half and quater sized cargo bays to fit into smaller gaps.

The bays are half and quater as expensive to craft, but offer minimal storage capacity. Their whole purpose is to fill gaps, not add storage.

Their sprites only work when connected to cargo bays as well. I can't work out how to fix that issue, but if you use them as connectors only, then it won't be an issue.

Basically small cargo bays.
