Fix Condenser Pressure for Maraxsis (K2 Patch)

This acts as a compatibility patch between Krastorio 2 and Maraxsis.

The Problem

By default, the Atmospheric Condenser from Krastorio 2 has strict surface conditions regarding pressure. The deep oceans and trenches of Maraxsis have extremely high pressure (e.g., 400,000+), which prevents the condenser from being placed, making it difficult to gather atmospheric resources in those biomes.

The Solution

This mod modifies the placement requirements of the Atmospheric Condenser:
- Minimum Pressure: 10
- Maximum Pressure: Unlimited (Removed)

This allows you to place Atmospheric Condensers anywhere on Maraxsis, including deep trenches, provided the pressure is at least 10.

Krastorio 2 の「大気凝縮機 (Atmospheric Condenser)」を Maraxsis の高圧環境（海溝など）に設置できるようにするパッチModです。

概要

Krastorio 2の標準設定では、大気凝縮機には気圧の上限設定があり、Maraxsisの深海のような超高圧環境（気圧40万など）には設置することができません。
このModはその制限を変更し、気圧が10以上であれば上限なしで設置できるようにします。これにより、深海バイオームでも酸素や窒素などの収集が可能になります。

動作の仕組み

ロード順の最後（data-final-fixes）で大気凝縮機の surface_conditions を上書きし、気圧の上限撤廃を行います。
