I am unable to create a rule that recognizes vanilla hazard concrete in blueprints to alter it to something else (like the hazard concrete in this mod). Since the YI railways hazard concrete and vanilla aren't the same and I can't adjust it, I'm stuck with warning messages telling me things are requesting (vanilla) hazard concrete and the requests can never get filled. The mod I'm using to upgrade blueprints, etc is:
