Yet Another Side Inserter Mod

YASI is your future favorite not-so-definitive middle-of-the-road-power-level side-inserter mod. It is more powerful than merely providing 90° offsets of the pickup location, but it is less powerful than "total configuration" type side-inserter mods. A balanced mod, opinionated in the right places.

YASI provides the following key features:

From the Northwest passage: Inserters are now (almost) 8-directional entities — rotating them cycles through eight directions for the drop-off point. No special key bindings needed!
To Southeast Asia: Inserters have 8 directions of pickup, including picking up and dropping off on the same tile (useful for bacteria cultivation, uranium enrichment, etc.)
Pass the salt: The drop-off point can be adjusted to target both the near and far lane of a belt, but this mod doesn't waste time supporting lateral lane adjustments now that Factorio itself supports that.
Pardon my reach: The inserter arms are not stretched to taffy when inserting diagonally. This comes at the cost of the lane adjustments not working when depositing items diagonally onto a belt, an intentional balancing decision.

A few miscellaneous features:

Steel = speed: A few of the recipes have been changed, the long-handed inserter no longer requires an ordinary inserter to craft, but the fast inserter, now being considerably more powerful, requires a steel plate. (This can be turned off with a startup setting.)
Running on fumes: All electrical inserters now have a little "momentum" and will continue running for just a few rotations in the case of an electrical supply lapse — enough to perhaps save you from a power death spiral.
Quick cleanup: A command, /yasi-fix-inserters, to manually attempt to migrate already placed inserters to YASI's scheme of inserter arm positions.

And two KILLER FEATURES:

The Long arm of Logistics: All inserters above the yellow inserter descend from the long-handed inserter and their reach can be configured on the fly; no need for separate longer inserter variants.
One for All: YASI provides a system to intelligently paste inserter settings, selectively omitting or including the configuration of the pickup and dropoff points. This can both be toggled in the Mod Settings, and with a nifty hotkey! (Useful for pasting filters and circuit conditions while preserving handedness.)
