I think the Mk1 wind turbine has the right cost for its production at default wind speed, but the higher tiers are too expensive in comparison (cost goes up 3.5-4 times per level, but power production only 2 times).
Maybe the ingredient list should only have 2 turbines of the previous tier, or 1 turbine and higher cost of other materials.
