Now I only need a way to widen the right side toolbar so stuff doesn't go off the bottom of the screen all the time.

The top buttons go onto 2 rows, by 2 buttons. 50% more width here would allow that to be 1 row.
A zoomed in minimap wouldn't be bad either, but black bars on sides wouldn't be the end of the world.
Wider Pins would allow for longer names to show more letters
Finally, the tooltips at the bottom could show 50% more items before going off the bottom of the screen (I'm looking at you logistic network)
