Configurable Fulgora tweaks for Factorio 2.1.x with Space Age.

Adjustable Scrap recycling

Set the percentage chance of each of the 12 vanilla Scrap recycling products in
Settings → Mod settings → Startup → Fulgora tweaks, then apply and restart.
The Adjust Scrap recycling switch is enabled by default. Turning it off
leaves the recipe untouched by this mod and ignores all percentage settings.

Each setting accepts 0–100%, including decimals such as 2.5%. The total
across all products must be 100% or less. Invalid totals stop mod loading
with an error explaining which settings to correct.

Vanilla's shared roll is preserved: each recipe roll produces at most one
product. Any unused percentage means no product. 0% disables a product;
100% guarantees it when every other product is set to 0%. Percentages are
used as entered and are not normalized. Ingredients, product amounts, crafting
time, recipe unlocks, and productivity mechanics are unchanged.

Default percentages

Holmium ore defaults to 4% instead of vanilla's 1%. All other defaults
match vanilla. If an existing installation still shows 1%, set the Holmium ore
startup setting to 4% or reset it to its default, then restart Factorio.

For example, changing Holmium ore to 5% while keeping the other defaults
gives a 64% total product chance and 36% chance of no product.
