Weapons and Equipment Expanded


Customizable Mod that adds in different new items or changes that can all be toggled on or off. Adds 3 new weapons - Assault Rifle - LMG - HMG adds 10 new equipment's, a single and double variant of the following Machine Gun, Shotgun, Rocket Launcher, Cannon, Railgun Rebalances movement speed reduction when shooting to make different weapons feel different.

g Regarding the performance consumption issue of this mod

I found that my new save started dropping frames just as it reached the Blue Bottle stage. Then, when I opened F4, I saw that the performance consumption of this mod was about 14ms, and I had not yet created any weapons for this mod. Is there any problem here?

I have not done a full length playthrough with this mod yet, more of a making sure that it wont crash, Im investigating this now

This mod absolutely destroys game performance. Game breaking, like making me get stuck at 8 FPS/UPS when I am normally steadily at 60... Not sure what the issue is but be advised there is a major problem in the code for this.

yup, same for me. just installed it and my frames tanked to 10fps which is strange. not created anything too with this mod. cant do nothing with that fps :D

its the laser scythe control script for now disable it in the mod settings, im working on fixing it. Its taking a little longer than expected

I now have a better control script for the laser scythe which at the very least will never run before any are placed into the world, and then after that there is a lightweight script to check for enemies before the heavy sweeping loop activates, the time between enemy checks can be set in the mod settings tab in the world setting section

nope, i do not have anything built from the mod, but it still laggs sooo much, cant play

Alright, I’ll look back into it in the morning, yes the Laser scythe’s script is very heavy handed as it creates and then deletes lasers along a path to create the sweeping motion, I added new parts that were supposed to limit when it would be active, I will at the very least add it to the mod options to be disabled so you can use the rest of the mod as I try to address this

laser scythe has been removed so UPS should be much improved, let me know if that is not the case
