Weapons and Equipment Expanded


Customizable Mod that adds in different new items or changes that can all be toggled on or off. Adds 3 new weapons - Assault Rifle - LMG - HMG adds 10 new equipment's, a single and double variant of the following Machine Gun, Shotgun, Rocket Launcher, Cannon, Railgun Rebalances movement speed reduction when shooting to make different weapons feel different.

g Some errors and bugs:

When i go to research and look at military 3 i see it unlocks your new rifle. When i hover on rifle icon it shows its stats and name - name of this new rifle is "unknown key: waee asult rifle" - so obviously some bug.
Second also in research screen: when i find your new tech: "personal weapon tech" the icon is just black square.
Also there is a tech called "Expanded firearms" (red, green, black x200)....It says it unlocks firearms - but in factorio is shows that it unlocks nothing. No weapons, buildings or equipment is unlocked by this and there is no further science connected to this - so theoretically researching this "Tech" is useless.

still there is that issue as of today. you try to research that Expanded firearms tech, it unlocks nothing

its because I undid the fix I used prior which accidently hid the laser and flammables techs, just ignore it for now and I will have a proper fix for it tomorrow

Any turret loads only 1 unit of ammunition from the inventory and then fires endlessly, no longer consuming ammunition from the tank's inventory.
It only works with ammunition from the vanilla game; no ammunition from mods is suitable. For example, the Krastorio 2 Spaced Out mod changes all ammunition for machine guns, leaving nothing to shoot with.
Rockets, for example, select a target and shoot at puddles of acid spat out by worms.

I know, I initially made the arc rounds then made sure they showed up in game, but havent gotten around to actually refining them into a proper item with the mechanics that I intend for them

I figured out why the turret was shooting at acid puddles - it was because of the water turret mod, sorry. I also found the Turret Pod Equipment mod, where ammunition from the inventory is used normally, but there are only three types of weapons, and there are no rockets, which I really need. Maybe this mod will help you fix yours somehow?
