Power Gen. on Vulcanus now uses lava / water -> steam

It'd be fitting if the heat tower also somehow produced stone as a byproduct, rather than just consuming the lava.
Good call. On Reddi that was suggested as well. I have some example code that can accomplish that through the use of hidden buildings. When I get some time I'll look into making it generate stone.
I guess I'm never going to do this. If you want to do a PR, I'd happily accept
@orbital917 made a PR for this: https://github.com/lukedupin/vulcanus-lava-power/pull/1 Did some decent testing on this on other planets like obsidiax and had to nerf it a bit to make it balance out.
