Acid Neutralisation Options

A fairly lightweight mod that makes acid neutralisation far more customizable, changing certain input and output parameters of the recipe as well as removing surface restrictions and nerfing the temperature of the output steam. Also updates the icons of acid neutralisation and simple coal liquefaction to utilize the "new" icons for calcite.

List of mod options:
- Change output steam temperature from 500c to 165c
- Remove acid neutralisation surface restrictions
- Change the amount of sulfuric acid required
- Change the amount of calcite required
- Change the time required
- Change the amount of steam produced
- Add a sulfur output to the recipe

Default settings make the recipe turn 1 calcite and 50 sulfuric acid into 200 steam @ 165c per second on any surface, but these values can be changed.
