Latest version should calculate correct starting angle when it is rendered in. Let me know if it's not working right, as I'm unsure how accurate it will be in games that have been going on for very long periods of time. (The calculation is based on the current map tick)
I won't be adding in options to tweak each planet individually as that's a fair bit of work and likely to create weird edge cases, though there IS a hook for other mods to use that lets you adjust each planet's scale. Here's an example of it getting used:
