You are possibly the 10th person to bring this to my attention. It’s a known bug, and it’s mentioned on the mod page. Please do check if an issue has been reported before making new threads.
I really would like to fix this, but it’s a limitation of the Factorio API and multiple mods have the same sort of issues with dragging.
It’ll get fixed in a future Factorio update hopefully. In the meantime, you can disable parallax in mod settings if you want to keep using mouse dragging.
