Add Equipment Grid to all Vehicles that doesn't include one (include any modded car, locomotives and cargo wagons).
Include compatibility with Bob's Vehicle Equipment.

If any bug or equipement disapearance comes at runtime, this is likely another mod (raven, vehicle wagons) and this his their task to be sure that the equipment are kept, for crash to desktop, this is likely about a game bug since this mod only add the equipments grids to vehicles.
