for the dark green belt from https://mods.factorio.com/mod/UltimateBeltsSpaceAge?from=search the loader has the wrong recipe. The dark green belts require the light blue belts to make but your loaders require the light green belt to make instead when then locks away that loader and all other loaders for the belts to much later in the game when you can make the light green betls
