I found that I couldn't let go of Vulcan, and then I found out that the surface of the planet cannot be built. I thought maybe you need to repair it...

Will be fixed as miss converting them into the new system when transfering over. Will remain the same with only Tier 3+ being multi surface compatible

Tier 3 surface construction conditions are the same as Tier 2

Oh... I looked at the Lua file and realized it's tier 0 at the beginning. I started on another planet, so if possible, you might add a surface construction condition in the settings to set the gravity to 8-40.
Also, if I remember correctly, the cargo capacity of the fourth or fifth level logistics robot has been changed to 1.

I will not be adding a condition for any planet start, and they are suppose to be only 1 increase capacity for those tiers only Nuclear gets anything above 1.

I'm using a translator, so some of my words might not be clear enough.
My point is that the cargo stacking capacity of logistics nuclear bots has been reduced to 1. Perhaps you didn't notice it during the last patch.
The planet activation requirements aren't required; it's just that some modded planets can't accommodate robot platforms, like Muluna, which has a gravity of less than 8.
Therefore, it is recommended to change it to the same construction conditions as the original version —— air pressure greater than 5 hpa

This, and I've just checked, does not happen with it currently so a mod you currently have installed is causing the issue, so without hard coding an exception, for whatever mod it is, its not my mods issue. Ive double and triple checked this, absolutely it works as intended with the current patch.

Until I can get to a point where i can agreeably add those and rebalance around additional mod planets and figure out which "Tier" each planet should accommodate and stuff I can not in my own mind right now add them.

Im hoping to fix some things soon but adding conditions to additional planets to add balance is not on my list atm.

This issue is now fixed as of 1.2.8.
