I think I must use a different approach - the blacklist I've introduced is not sufficient to handle the – obviously much longer as I suspected – list of mods dealing with electric-poles. At least the set of mods you're using has 50 mods (with 263 files) potentially making trouble.

I think the right way is to introduce a whitelist containing only the poles from vanilla - and a short list of well known mods working fine.
