Can we have an option to make the valve speeds match the pump speeds much like other valve mods?

For some reason the pump matches at 12k/s but then overflow is 2400/s while top up is 9600/s. The check valve also is set to match at 12k/s

This functionality comes from AFH directly - the flow for overflow and top-up valves is limited. They are by default on 20% and 80% of maximum speed.
If you adjust their limits to 30% and 70% you should see them limited to 3600/s and 8400/s.

AFH for Py does not affect this functionality and I am not planning to.
