This mod listens to rcon and adds commands:
twitch, tw, youtube, yt to send messages received via rcon to the chat.
This plugin is for those who want to receive messages from Twitch/YouTube directly in the game chat.

Important: the mod cannot take messages from your stream. It only receives commands.
To do this, you need a control program that will take messages from your chat and send them via rcon in this form:
/twitch username: message_text (tw can be used instead of twitch)
/youtube username: message_text (yt can be used instead of youtube)
