turbine++ mod remade for 2.0 factorio!

Stats:

steam converter:
-turns superheated steam into torque and lower temperature steam
-now allows speed modules

super heat exchanger:

-consumes 40MW heat
-produces 750 °C steam at 272/s

extreme heat exchanger:

-consumes 60MW heat
-800 °C steam at 382/s

torque turbine:
consumes torque at 100/s to produce 30MW

Extreme torque turbine:
consumes extreme torque at 100/s to produce 40MW

Carnot 4-way turbine: consumes 800 °C steam at 240/s to producce 44MW

Lapace 4-way turbine: consumes 500 °C steam at 240/s to producce 24MW

To do:
-implement some space age compatible things
-condensation cycle? for waterless worlds
-rebalacne the 4-way turbines
