  Balancing:
    - Steam Converter cost increased
    - Laplace turbine efficiency and total power output slightly increased to make it more viable without using Steam Converters

    - Now produces 24MW at 500C and 44MW at 900. 900C steam gives 48% more total MJ per unit of 900C steam than previously.
  K2 Balancing:
    - Laplace turbine adjusted for K2 steam fuel values, produces 42MW. Despite the tooltip it's actually more efficient than standard turbines.
    - Carnot turbine adjusted for K2 steam fuel values, produces 41/75MW at 500/900C. Despite the tooltip it's actually more efficient than standard turbines. Less than the Laplace at 500C.
    - The Carnot turbine probably doesn't make sense unless you're using Realistic Fusion Power, which disables K2's Advanced Turbine. However it's still more efficient than non-Advanced turbines at 900C.
