Please take note of this issue as it exists.

I have the same error with the last version. It worked before for me.

A temporary solution is to find the file "condensation_recipes.lua" in the folder (path "\turbines-plusplus-reloaded_2.1.6.zip\turbines-plusplus-reloaded\prototypes\" ), find the line with this image in the file, and change the icon size to the one specified in the error.

For example:

name = 'superheated-condensation-basic-tech',
        type = 'technology',
        icon = sprite('basic-superheat-condensation.png'),
        icon_size = 128

Right I have released a patch for the mod, that should fix this icon sizing issue, give it a try
