i checked other versions of this mod for explainations but i dont think it works as described.
the internal accumulator seems to never get full so it always draws the maximum power.
the power input is also always the same as the power output, for example the tooltip says "maximum power input: 10MW" but it always drains 100 mw.
also i don't really get what you would do with this working principle.
i was actually just looking for a diode to charge emergency accumulators in my outposts, but that it always drains the maximum makes it unnecessary complicated.
