I'm really digging this mod! This is a great solution to train gridlock on uber busy bases, because you can set it up so that trains never need to cross paths. That said, I'm running into a bit of an issue. I'm a big user of LTN, which automatically sets up dynamic routes based on requestors and providers, but I'm not sure I can make this mod work with it, since it appears you have to manually route a train through tunnel entrances and exits using their stops.
Is there anyway to get it to path trains through tunnels without having to set the tunnel entrance & exit points as waypoints? I tried putting a simple tunnel in, and a train stop on the far side of the tunnel named "End". I named the entrances and exits "Entrance" and "Exit". If I try to just send the train directly to "End", it doesn't path. I have to route it to Entrance, then Exit, and then End, and that works.
