g Crash then unable to exit remote view

A player on my multiplayer game somehow caused this bug upon joining the server. I think he logged out while in trainsaver, possibly. Now he can't exit remote view. Additionally we experienced the issue others have reported of always seeing the (zoomed out) map view instead of what is actually there from radar vision.
