Description

A simple, but useful mod that gives you a single button (in the top gui) to toggle between playing with and without a character.

As removing the character also clears your inventory, this mod will compensate by saving and restoring your inventory. Note that any items added while playing in god mode will carry over to your restored inventory when you switch back. And in case there's not enough room, enough wooden chests will spawn that will hold the excess (with a priority given to your player's original items).

  > As a precaution, you should dump your inventory in a chest before switching to god mode.
  > Though, in case you forget and your items are seemingly deleted, rest assured that they are still stored in the mod's global "excess" table, and will be dumped into chests when this feature is re-enabled.

• Fix the overflow protection feature
• Compensate for a character's inventory bonuses from their armor
• Provide a toggle for whether to enable 'cheat' mode while in god mode (thanks to vmkillerh for the suggestion)
