Seems like each time I restart Factorio all the settings for tiles are reset and I have to import the string I saved earlier.

Please note that it didn't happen every time... But once every 3-4 restarts for sure.
I believe it was due to the fact the mod reset the GUI on ANY mod configuration change, so likely if you changed your mods or a mod setting, the next load would cause it to reset.
Should be fixed in release 2.0.1
