I have reason to believe this is the fault of this mod.l...mostly in that i unstall it, and i load through.

I can guarantee you that this error comes from another mod. This mod creates the mk1 power station "gas-power-station-1" and then clones it as often as the settings states. Prototype names are updated like name-2, name-2, etc but never added ayhing like the power output priority and surely not as capital letters. The fact that every machine is a clone means also that they share the same collision mask unless another mod changes it.
