Artisanial Reskins Library causes a crash when loading with this mod enabled, Space Age being installed poses no issue with this error, this is using the mods latest version at 1.1.5

Seems like the artisanal mod has removed this function. I've uploaded a quick fix for that. If it does look weird to you, you can edit line 80 in data.lua and set the alpha value to your liking (the 0.75 one).
