Mod makes biters spawn and attack in waves. The intent of this mod is to make the game a little more like 'They Are Billions'.

The "locale" folder has an uppercase 'L' in it's name inside the zip file for the mod. This causes the translation strings to not get loaded. Changing this to lowercase 'L' appears to fix the issue.
