The mod description mentions that you gave the science pack icon mipmaps. Did you actually make adjustments to the smaller images? If you simply downscaled them, there is no point in having mipmaps.
The new icons are derived from Space Age's Hydraulic science pack technology and item icons, and are of equal quality, and contain the same mipmaps that those assets originally contained. The original low-resolution icon used both for items and technologies has been deleted.
