since TM is an accumulator its capacity scales with quality so the better TM actually consumes more energy. it would be great if you can make capacity the same and just increase charge speed
the teleport power consumption is fixed, so it does not cunsume more energy.. and with more charge capacity, more travels can be done with higher quality
