I would love to use this mod together with the Teleportation Equipment mod. (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/TeleportationEquipment)
Make it so you need at least one teleporting machine on the current surface to even used the equipment at all (draining energy from both).
Having the equipment installed allows you to transport to a machine. A second shortcut icon, like the point-to-point mode button, will open the list of teleport machines instead.
